This is my blog that chronicles my journey in what I would call Virtual Skills Transference (VST). It is defined as the transference of any skill discovered and developed on the web that can performed successfully by the same person in the real world. Its a topic I've been kicking around in my head and believe the technology, learning theories and society as a whole may be ready for this kind of learning.

This iterface can change the way companies contrive their training manuals. Corporations spend billons of dollars a year in travel for seminars and training classes. If the web can handle these classes and use webinars instead, many trainings and skills development can be achieved at the desk of millions of employees. Not to mention help save the environment too by reducing traveling.
